WHEREAS, on May 16, 2007, BERNARD
SANDERS, AN UNMARRIED MAN executed a Deed of Trust to RECONTRUST
COMPANY, N.A. as Trustee for the benefit of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE
HOME LOANS, INC., which Deed of Trust was filed on May 29, 2007 and

Notice to Bidders
Please be advised that sealed bids will
be received by the Marshall County Board of Supervisors of Marshall
County Mississippi in the Office of the County Administrator,
Courthouse, Post Office Box 219, Holly Springs, MS 38635, (662)
252-3663, until 10:00 A.M. March 19, 2012, pursuant to Mississippi Code
Section 19-5-105, for the cleanup of property located at 168 and 179
Alberson Road, Byhalia, MS being Lots #3 and #29, parcels 255-22-33 and
255-22-38 of Alberson Subdivision. Cleanup will include cutting of
grass and weeds, removal of trash, rubbish and debris and cleaning
trash from the drainage ditch on the west side of both lots. Remove
vehicles that do have current licenses plates and inspection stickers.
It is the responsibility of the person removing the vehicles from the
property to follow all Mississippi State Statues in regard to the
removal of vehicles from property.
Board of Supervisors reserves the right
to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all formalities in the
best interest of Marshall County.
Note: Verification of insurance
($1,000,000.00)should be attached to bid. Cleanup should be completed
within two (2) weeks after bid awarded.
