The Marshall County Planning Commission
will meet for their regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, January 10,
2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Marshall County Zoning Office at 590 Old
Highway 78-East, Holly Springs, Mississippi. The public is invited to
attend.
The following requests will be on the
agenda:
ITEM1: Mr. Lou Katzerman on behalf of
TV6 Signal Tower, LLC is requesting to be allowed to construct a 250
foot communication tower (a 6ft. tall chain fence with locked gate will
be installed to secure the tower) on property owned by Ralph S.
Hamilton, Trustee located at Highway 302 and Barringer Road. The
property in question is zoned R-E. Tabled from the November 8, 2012,
meeting.
ITEM2: Mr. Gary Cartwright at 327
Woodsdale Circle is requesting to be allowed to place a second dwelling
(double wide mobile home) on the back of his property for his son. Mr.
Cartwright and his wife both are disabled and he needs his
son close by to help with daily tasks. The property in question is part
of Lot 31 & 32 of Woodsdale Farms Subdivision, contains 6.20
acres and is zoned R-1. Tabled from the November 8, 2012, meeting.
ITEM 3: Ms. Dorothy P. Todd and Sharron
D. Todd are requesting to be allowed to operate a restaurant at 2926
Cayce Road (the corner of Mt. Zion Road and Cayce Road). Hours of
operation will be 7:00 a.m. to 7: p.m., seven (7) days a week. The
property in question is Lot 13A of Cayce Estates Subdivision and is
zoned R-1.
ITEM 4: Mr. and Mrs. Thomas E.
Wilkerson, Jr., are requesting to be allowed to subdivide 5.36 acres
from Lot #1 of Hickory Hills Farms Subdivision. the property in
question is located on Tate-Marshall Road, contains a total acreage of
20.85 acres and is zoned Agricultural.
ITEM 5: Mrs. Jaclyn Montoria is
requesting to be allowed to operate a used car business at 3143 Laws
Hill Road (next to Southern Style Steakhouse Restaurant). The property
in question contains 25.40 acres and is zoned Agricultural.

WHEREAS, on January 18, 2007,
Howard
Washington, an unmarried person, executed a deed of trust to Lem Adams,
III, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration
Systems, Inc., which deed of trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book
432 at Page 619 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of
Marshall, State of Mississippi;
and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed of trust
was assigned to Nationstar Mortgage, LLC by instrument dated April 25,

WHEREAS, the aforesaid, Nationstar

PUBLIC NOTICE
The public is invited to attend a
meeting of the Northeast Mississippi Hazard Mitigation Task Force on
Wednesday, December 19, at 10:00 a.m., at the Northeast Mississippi
Planning and Development District, 619 East Parker Drive, Booneville,
MS.
The purpose of this meeting will be to
obtain citizen input into the development of the NE MS Hazard
Mitigation Plan. The following counties will be included in
the regional plan and will be gathering information at this meeting for
their local plans: Alcorn, Benton, Marshall, Prentiss,
Tippah, and Tishomingo.
All communities are vulnerable when it
comes to natural and man-made disasters. Each year, severe
weather threatens the lives and property of citizens within the
northeast Mississippi region. Other types of disasters,
including floods, wildfires, winter storms, explosions, and hazardous
material spills, etc. are dangers the community could face.
Both public and private sector
organizations can make a valuable contribution to the regional and

Louie James Daniels and Larissa Renee Daniels executed a certain Deed
of Trust to Thomas F. Baker IV, Trustee for the benefit of First
Tennessee Bank National Association, which Deed of Trust was recorded

recorded in Deed of Trust Book 413 at Page 664 of the land records;

WHEREAS, T. Frank Collins has been
substituted in the place and stead of Thomas F. Baker IV, Trustee for
First Tennessee Bank National Association, said Appointment of
Substitute Trustee being recorded as Instrument No. 2012004739 of the
