Women First Congregational United Church of Christ Dubuque, Iowa Quick Manicotti 8 manicotti shells 1 lb. ground beef 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 cup cottage or ricotta cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 cup mayonnaise 15-1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce 1/2 tsp. whole oregano 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese Cook
shells according to package directions; drain. Rinse in cold water,
drain and set aside. Sauté ground beef and garlic, stirring to crumble
beef, until done; drain off pan drippings. Add cottage cheese,
mozzarella cheese, salt and mayonnaise to skillet, stir well. Stuff
shells with meat mixture, arrange shells in lightly greased 9x13 dish.
Combine spaghetti sauce and oregano; pour over manicotti. Sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Uncover and
bake 10 minutes.
Key West Coconut Bread 1/2 lb. soft butter 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 16-oz. sour cream 4 tsp. coconut extract 2 cups coconut 4 cups flour 2 tsp. soda 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt Cream
butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and extract; then sour cream. Add
coconut. Stir together flour, soda and baking powder and add to batter.
Beat it in. Divide into 2 lightly-greased loaf pans and bake at 350°
for 45-50 minutes.

Moore, executive director of ICS, announced that Eloise McClinton will
be the new deputy director of ICS, effective Nov. 1, 2002. She has been
with ICS since 1991. “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?” Elise
Jordan, daughter of Kelly and Susan Jordan of Holly Springs, was a
contestant on the daytime version of “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?”
Oct. 25 and Nov. 4. She missed the $4,000 question and walked away as a
$1,000 winner. A junior at Yale University, she was the captain of her

the ceremonial cutting of the ribbon, the Mississippi Highway
Department turned over the gift of uncongested, safe travel on a
four-laned Highway 78 between Memphis, Tenn., and Holly Springs to a
public which has been waiting for over 30 years. Cato grand opening Holly
Springs Mayor John Dabney Brown cut the ribbon for the grand opening of
the new Cato Fashions store in the Wal-Mart center Thursday. The store
moved to the new location from the Square and added space for a Cato
Plus section. 50 Years Ago - November 15, 1962 Dr. Hale entertains with dance Saturday The
Lodge at Wall Doxey State Park was the scene of a lovely dance Saturday
night, hosted by Dr. Al Hale, Dennis Mathis and Jimmy Sundstrom. Dr.
Hale received with Miss Lonnette Ashcraft of Jackson, Mr. Mathis
received with Miss Janelle Crawley and Mr. Sundstrom with Miss Nancy
Fant. One hundred friends of the hosts enjoyed the gala evening. Gem, Inc. to mark anniversary with open house Nov.
21 employees of Gem, Inc. will host an open house in celebration of the
tenth anniversary of beginning production in Byhalia. Everyone is
