Into the fray once again
For the past couple weeks I’ve been doing something that has become a
semi-regular every three or four years occurrence.
I’m cleaning my sewing room — again. I freely admit I am a slob. And
when I’m sewing, it’s much worse. If I cut something off — fling —
right onto the floor. If I’m looking for a piece of fabric — fling —
all the fabric I’m pawing through — right onto the floor. Full Story

Letter to The Editor Riduculous Dear Editor, I
really cannot understand why anyone would have to get permission from
the mayor before they can speak with the board of aldermen. I
have spoken with the mayor on several different occasions and with
different men at the utility department from Mr. Hollingsworth down,
concerning our natural gas hookups. I signed up
for the gas several years back. Some of the lines were run but we keep
getting excuses about a contract. How long could it take to finish mine
and many others’ that have been waiting for years and keep paying
expensive propane prices when we were promised these hook-ups years
back? Aldermen, please check into this and get us some help. We have a friend on Red Banks Rd. that has been waiting over 16 years since he signed up. This is ridiculous. Thank you James Rhea Hernando Rd.
