of Lester Franklin Swords, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons
having claims against said estate to have the same probated,
registered, and allowed by the Clerk of the Court within ninety (90)
days from this date, and failure to do so, will forever bar said claim

land locted in Marshall County, Mississippi, which was sold for taxes
on August 31, 2009, to wit: “Lot 70’x116’ on N side of Valley Ave (PT
Lot 13), Deed BK219 Page 387, PPIN;19117, Parcel Number: 089P-31-11301,
Sec. 31 TWN.3 RNG.2.”
You have been made Defendants in the
lawsuit filed in this Court by Clencie L. Cotton, whose address is 179B
Rust Avenue, Holly Springs, MS 38635.
The Complaint filed against you
initiated a civil action to confirm tax title described in the
Complaint.
You are hereby summoned to this Court
and you are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written Answer
either admitting or denying each allegation in the Complaint to Clencie

Under and by virtue of the authority
vested in me as Substitute Trustee in that certain Deed of Trust dated
March 7, 2008 executed by Robert W. Massie and Robin R. Massie to H.
McCall Wilson, Jr. as Trustee, to secure an indebtedness therein
described to Bank of Fayette County, said Deed of Trust being of record
as Instrument No. 2008001466; the undersigned was appointed as
Substitute Trustee by instrument dated September 24,
