The quarterly luncheon is set for Thursday, Sept. 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Beckley Center, across from Rust College. Guest speaker will be Sen. Bill Stone.
This will be the first luncheon since the merger of Holly Springs Main Street and the Chamber of Commerce.
The cost is $10. Please RSVP by calling 252-2943 or by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

This will be prior to the final Bikers Night/Blues Alley event of the season.
Candidates qualify for school board seats
The two Marshall County School Board races on the November 6 ballot will each feature two candidates.
Qualifying deadline was Friday of last week.
Neither Felicia Harvell (District 3) or Queen Dean (District 4) are seeking re-election.
Running for the District 3 school board seat will be Rebecca Podewils and Janice Wagg.
Seeking the District 4 school board position will be Daniel Ables and Lakisha Dean Peterson.
School board lines are not the same as county supervisor lines, according to circuit clerk Lucy Carpenter, so if there are questions about voting, call her office at 252-3434.
