SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of May, 2001, Shed H. Streater, a single man, executed a Deed of Trust to Bobby F. Fisher, Jr , Trustee for the use and benefit of North Texas Financial Network, Inc., which Deed of Trust is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust Book 537 at Page 312 thereof; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc., by assignment on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi, in Book 538 at Page 217 thereof; and
WHEREAS, the property described in said Deed of Trust was conveyed to Charles Streater, Harvey Streater, Roger Streater, Jerome Streater, Lester Streater, Margaret Brown, Mark Streater, Mary Ann Streater, Rebecca Streater, Robert Streater, Willie Streater, W. C. Streater and Hildren Streater, by instrument on file and of record in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 366 at Page 313 thereof;
WHEREAS, the legal holder of the said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, substituted Bradley P. Jones, as Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 0742 at Page 510 , thereof; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the performance of the conditions and stipulations as set forth by said Deed of Trust, and having been requested by the legal holder of the indebtedness secured and described by said Deed of Trust so to do, notice is hereby given that I, Bradley P. Jones, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority conferred upon me in said Deed of Trust, will offer for sale and will sell at public sale and outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, during the legal hours (between the hours of 11 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m.) at the South front door of the County Courthouse of Leflore County, at Greenwood, Mississippi, on the 19th day of July, 2012, the following described land and property being the same land and property described in said Deed of Trust, situated in Leflore County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
Lots 3 and 4 in Block 16 in the Lane Addition to the Town of Schlater in Leflore County, Mississippi, as said Addition is shown by the Map thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 6 of the Records of Maps of Leflore County, Mississippi, on file in the Office of the Chancery Clerk thereof.
Title to the above described property is believed to be good, but I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

Notice of Public Hearing For Rezoning
R-2 to Commercial 1
The Marshall County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 12, 2012, at the Marshall County Zoning and Planning Office at 590 Highway 178 East, Holly Springs, Mississippi to consider rezoning property owned by Bridgeway Baptist Church (Parcels 187-36-1 and 187-36-1.01, Section 36, Township 1 South, Range 4 West, 20 acres) located at the corner of North Red Banks Road (west side of North Red Banks Road) and Highway 302.
Information regarding the rezoning can be viewed a the Marshall County Zoning and Planning Office.
The Commission will make a recommendation to the Marshall County Board of Supervisors in regard to rezoning (the action decision to rezoning is a decision that is made by the Board of Supervisors).
The public is cordially invited. Any person may appear before the Commission either in person or by agent, or may file written comment regarding the request with the Administrative Official prior to the hearing.
Written comments should be submitted no later than July 11, 2012 (Marshall County Zoning, P.O. Box 219, Holly Springs, MS 38635).
The Planning Commission meeting to consider rezoning will be held at 3:00 P.M., July 12, 2012. For further information call 662-252-3663.

Notice to Bidders
Sealed proposals will be received from qualified vendors for Holly Springs Utility Department’s Group Health Insurance for the plan year September 1, 2012 through August 31, 2013, by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Holly Springs, Mississippi, until the hour of 5:30 p.m. Central Standard Time, on July 17, 2012, at which time on said date, all bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the board room of said Mayor and Board of Aldermen, on the second floor of said City Hall.
The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
The specifications are on file at the Office of said Clerk or Holly Springs Utility Department at 1050 Highway 4 East, Holly Springs, Mississippi.
