The Marshall County Planning Commission
will met for their regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, July 12,
2012, at 2:00 p.m. In the Marshall County Zoning Office at 590 Old
Highway 78-East, Holly Springs, Mississippi. The public is invited to
attend.
The following requests will be on the
agenda:
ITEM 1: Mrs. Cheryl R. Pride is
requesting to be allowed to operate a Tax and Printing business in an
existing building on her parents, Willie L. and Adrian L. Mayes
property located at 238 Mayse Road. The property in question contains

ITEM 2: Mrs. Bertha Jean Huddleston at

note payable to the order of Union Planters National Bank; and
