A. Sumner and Janice F. Sumner executed and delivered a certain Deed of
Trust unto Advanta Nominee Services, Inc., Trustee for the benefit of
Advanta National Bank, to secure an indebtedness therein described,
which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of
Marshall County, Mississippi in Book 244, Page 424; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was
subsequently assigned unto Chase Home Finance LLC, by instrument
recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 93, Page
575; and
WHEREAS, the holder of said Deed of
Trust substituted and appointed Nationwide Trustee Services, Inc., as
Trustee in said Deed of Trust by instrument recorded in the Office of
the aforesaid Chancery Clerk Instrument 2008004068; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the payments of indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and the
holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to
do, on June 21, 2012, I will, during legal hours (between the hours of
11 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m.), at public outcry, offer for sale
and will sell, at the South door of the Marshall County Courthouse in
Holly Springs, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the
following described land and property situated in Marshall County,
Mississippi, to-wit:

County, Mississippi, to-wit:

Acres Subdivision, Phase III containing 9.14 acres, being in Section
11, Township 2 South, Range 4 West, Marshall County, Mississippi. A
plat of said subdivision being of record in the office of the Chancery

Title to the above described property is believed to be good, but I
will convey only such title as is vested in me as Substituted Trustee.

and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was
subsequently assigned unto Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as certificate
trustee (not in its individual capacity but solely as certificate
trustee), in trust for registered Holders of VNT Trust Series 2010-1,

seeking to Confirm Tax Title on the subject property being described as

situated in the Northeast portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section
22, Township 1 South, Range 4 West, Marshall County, Mississippi, as
shown by the plat of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of
Marshall County, Mississippi, which said plat has now been indexed and
refiled in Plat File 316A, of the Office of the Clerk aforesaid,
reference to which is made in aid hereof. Also, the lagoon
and all sewer line and sewer facilities located and situated on Phase
II of the Magnolia Mobile Home Park. Also, all sewer lines
and sewer facilities of whatever kind and nature, connected to or
appurtenant to the sewer systems on Phase I and Phase II of the
Magnolia Mobile Home Park, the plats of which Subdivision have not been
indexed and refiled in Plat Files 316A and 360A, of the Office of the
Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi. Also, all
retained easements for purposes of furnishing, repairing or maintaining
the sewer system situated on Phase I and Phase II of said Subdivision.
