Marshall County Humane Society News
Clinic reopens; prices increase
The Marshall County Humane Society would like to announce that we are reopening our spay/neuter clinic for low income families, after some necessary reorganization.
You may now continue to call our main number, 662-564-2900, to make appointments for spay/neuter. Please make sure you state your name and phone number clearly, so that we may return your call as quickly as possible to arrange your appointment.
We are only taking dogs to be spayed that are under 50 pounds currently. We will continue to take any size male dogs and of course, cats of either sex. We would suggest if you have a female dog over 50 pounds to call Tupelo Animal Services at 662-210-7729, or Mid South Spay/Neuter Services in Memphis, 901-324-3202.
We have found it necessary to increase prices with costs of medications and supplies continually going up. Here is the new price schedule –
There are additional fees for pregnant females or cryptorchid males.
Please be patient with us as we are getting lots of calls for appointments. We will get to you as quickly as we possibly can to schedule your appointment.
