County, Mississippi, in the office of the County Administrator, 111
South Market Street, or Post Office Box 219, Holly Springs,
MS 38635, 662-252-7903 until 10:00 A.M. Monday, April 16,
2012 for the purchase of one or more, new 90 HP or more
tractors. Specifications are on file in the office of the
County Administrator.
The Board reserves the right to reject
any and all bids and to waive any and all formalities in the best
interest of the County.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
AMENDMENT TO THE
MARSHALL COUNTY SOLID WASTE
MANAGEMENT PLAN
The Solid Waste Management Authority of
Marshall County (SWMAMC) has recommended the Marshall County Board of
Supervisors approve the amendment of the Solid Waste Management Plan to
include a Class I Rubbish Site. Marshall County does not have
a Class I Rubbish Site.
Quad County Environmental Solutions,
LLC has applied to open and operate a private rubbish site East of
Wingo Road. The office address is 91 Peyton Parkway,
Suite104, Collierville, Tennessee 38017. Subject to the
approval of the SWMAMC, the Marshall County Board of Supervisors and
the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ).
The facility will accept:
construction debris; bricks; mortar; stone; cardboard; natural
vegetation; appliances-without motors; furniture; plastics; glass and
metal containers; and wood byproducts, as defined by MCA § 17-17-3 and
the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality.
The facility will be located behind the
oil storage facility off Wingo Road. Access will be on the
truck route used by industries in the area. The proposed site
is in Sections 17 and 20, Township 15, Range 4 West, being tax parcel
numbers 186-17-002, 186-20-002 and 186-20-003.
The facility consists of 146* acres of
land which is surrounded by additional property owned by the members of
the Quad County Environmental Solutions, LLC and will also have buffer
zones of vegetation as required by the Marshall County Zoning
Regulations. Access to the facility will be from Highway 72
or I-69 to Wingo Road and then private drive. (*The final
number of permitted acres will be determined by MDEQ.)
The facility will be permitted and
subject to over-site by the Mississippi Department of Environmental
Quality (MDEQ).
The facility operator is required to be
certified by MDEQ.
The public hearing shall be held at the
conclusion of the regularly scheduled Marshall County Board Meeting on
April 2, 2012 at 11:30 A.M. in the Marshall County Board of Supervisors
Room. If additional space is needed, the meeting will be
adjourned and moved to either Marshall County Courtroom A or B.
The proposed amendment with site plan
and truck route is available for inspection in the Office of the
Chancery Clerk, C.W. “Chuck” Thomas.
Comments will be accepted in writing or
in person at the public hearing. The deadline for written
comments is 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 16, 2012. Written
comments may be submitted to the Chancery Clerk, C.W. “Chuck” Thomas,
for submission to the Board of Supervisors. The comments may
be personally delivered to the Marshall County Court House or mailed
to: Solid Waste Management Authority of Marshall County, c/o Chancery
Clerk, Post Office Box 219, Holly Springs, Mississippi 38635.

HENLEY AND CAROL P HENLEY executed a Deed of Trust to LENDERS
TITLE & ESCROW as Trustee for the benefit of MORTGAGE
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR
DECISION ONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, which Deed of Trust was filed on
February 22, 2007 and recorded in Book 432 at Page 634 in the Office of
the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST
COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION AND HSI
ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST, the current Beneficiary of said
Deed of Trust, substituted RECONTRUST COMPANY, N.A. as Trustee therein,
in place of the afore-mentioned original Trustee as authorized by the
terms thereof, as evidenced by an instrument recorded as Instrument NO.
2012000821 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the entire debt
secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable, and the
legal holder of said indebtedness, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY
AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION AND HSI ASSET
SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST, having requested the undersigned
Substitute Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property
in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of
raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees,
Substitute Trustee's fees and expenses of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, RECONTRUST COMPANY,
N.A., Substitute Trustee, will on April 05, 2012, offer for sale at
public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, within legal hours

DEGREES 20 MINUTES EAST 214.5 FEET TO A STAKE; THENCE SOUTH 4 DEGREES
40 MINUTES EAST 205 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING ONE
ACRE, MORE OR LESS.
LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PART CONVEYED TO
MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IN BOOK 283, PAGE 240, IN THE
CHANCERY CLERK'S OFFICE OF MARSHALL COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI.
RECONTRUST COMPANY, N.A. will convey only such title as vested in it as
Substitute Trustee.

be received by the Marshall County Board of Supervisors of Marshall
County, Mississippi in the Office of the County Administrator,
Courthouse, Post Office Box 219, Holly Springs, MS 38635, (662)
252-3663, until 10:00 A.M., April 2, 2012, pursuant to Mississippi Code
Section 19-5-105, for the cleanup of the following properties:
