• INAUGURAL MEETING of the Snow Lake Book Club will be held in the sunlit Landscape Society Room behind the Snow Lake Shores Corporation Office in the Town Hall Building on the beach, 2-3 p.m.

• Open Gym Night hosted by AfterShock Youth at Friendship Assembly of God, Victoria, will be held at 7 p.m. All youth and their friends are welcome, ages 13-15.

March 17

• SPRING SOCCER signup for children ages 5-15 years will be held at BridgeWay Baptist Church, 107 Taska Road, Mt. Pleasant. The cost is $35 per child. Volunteers needed.

• REUNION St. Mary’s/CADET/Holy Family Reunion Committee meeting will be held at 12 p.m. at the home of Pearly Turner Jones on Stratmon Drive off Woodward Avenue in Holly Springs. • MEETING The Marshall County Republican Club will meet at the Marshall County Library in Holly Springs at 10 a.m. Everyone is invited.

• FISH FRY First Baptist Church of Potts Camp will have a benefit fish fry for Lorette Overall beginning at 6 p.m. Donations please.

• SINGING Cedar View Church, 2841 Hwy. 305 N, will have a singing beginning at 7 p.m. Special guest will be Terry Terrell. The church is located three and a half miles south of Olive Branch.

March 18

• CHOIR DAY will be held at Hopewell No. 2 MB Church, 2 p.m. All choirs are welcome. Sponsors are Cherie Brownlee, Sharvitta King and Monika LeSure. Host pastor is Danny Kimbrough.

• Anniversary Service will be held at Friendship Assembly of God, Victoria, 10 a.m. Everyone is invited. Potluck lunch following service.

• ANNUAL USHER DAY will be held at Free Branch M.B. Church, 2 p.m. Pastor Willie Ward and Isaac Chapel Church family will be guests. Pastor J.L. Tunstall invites all.

• SPRING GOSPEL FEST 2012 New Dimension Salt and Light Ministries Church, 565 Neely Ave., will host Spring Gospel Fest 2012, 6 p.m. Featured guests will be The Silver Stars, The Harmoneers, and Spiritual Divine. • PASTOR/WIFE APPRECIATION will be held at Finley Grove honoring their pastor, James C. Green, and Sis. Margie Green, 10 a.m. The guest speaker will be Rev. Robert Garrison and the McIntyre Church family and the Pleasant Grove Church family. The public is invited.

• Revival March 18-21. The Apostolic Church of Jesus, located at 178 Stonewall Road, Byhalia, will be in revival with Evangelist Bobby Carter from Sterlington, La. Services begin on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. and all other services at 7:30 p.m. Senior pastor Garland Lovelace and church members invite everyone to attend.

• MOVIE The First Baptist Church of Mt. Pleasant will present the Christian movie, Courageous, at 5:30 p.m. The church is located at 1450 Boswell Road and Hwy. 311. Everyone is invited.

• SPECIAL SERVICE Elder Craig Williamson will be speaking at True Vine MB Church, located on West Street, 11 a.m. Pastor Darrel Cunningham invites everyone.

• CELEBRATION Holly Springs Garden Club Arbor Day Celebration will be held at Montrose, 1 p.m.

March 20

• MEETING The Marshall County Humane Society will have its regular monthly meeting at the Humane Society building on Eddie L. Smith Drive in Holly Springs, 6 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

• GROWERS’ MEETING - The Holly Springs Farmers Market will have their first growers meeting at the Beckley Center, 7 p.m. The center is located on Rust Avenue across from Rust College.

March 23

• Kimbrough Chapel Church will have a one-night revival, 7 p.m. Guest speaker will be Rev. Melvin Bufford and Mt. Salem MB Church, Hickory Valley, Tenn. Sponsor is Betty Raimey.

• AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY Relay for Life Team Captain Meeting is Thursday, March 22, at 5:15 at the county library. The Planning Committee meets at 6:15. • LOVE DAY Pastor Willie James and first lady Cassie Taylor’s Love Day will be held at Mt. Olive M.B. Church, Byhalia, 2 p.m. The guest church will be Pastor Charles Gillespie and the New Mt. Gilliam church family. Everyone’s invited.

• BOOK LAUNCH Marie Moore will release her new novel, “Shore Excursion” 2-4 p.m. at the Montrose, 335 Salem Ave., Holly Springs. Books will be available for purchase.

April 2

• MEMBERS MEETING Marshall County Water Association will hold their annual Members Meeting on April, 6:30 p.m. at 512 Wingo Road off Cayce Road.

• LENT SERVICES will be held at Grays Chapel CME Church April 2-4 at 7 p.m. nightly. The speaker scheduled for Monday night is Rev. Michael Gordon and scheduled for Tuesday night is Rev. Deldrick Lesure. The pastor of Grays Chapel, Rev. Brian Davis Sr., will be speaking on Wednesday night.

April 6

• FISH FRY Cayce Fire Department Fish Fry will be held at the fire station, 30 Lee Road, 5-7 p.m. The meal will consist of fish, fries, hushpuppies, slaw, tea and choice of dessert, and the cost is $12 per plate.
