NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on August 31, 2007, Michael
Wayne Vanlandingham and Anita Jean Vanlandingham, husband and wife as
community property executed a certain deed of trust to Steve Holmes
& Associates, P.C., Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. which deed of trust is of record
in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, State of
Mississippi in Book 452 at Page 613 and Modified in Instrument No.
2009003998; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was
subsequently assigned to MidFirst Bank by instrument dated August 6,
2010 and recorded in Instrument No. 2010003642 of the aforesaid
Chancery Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, MidFirst Bank has heretofore
substituted J. Gary Massey as Trustee by instrument dated August 13,
2010 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in
Instrument No. 2010003649; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt
secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, MidFirst Bank, the
legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned
Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and
property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the
purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's
fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, J. Gary Massey,
Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on February 1, 2012

TBD. The manufactured home is a fixture related to the real
property and has become a part of the realty. Any foreclosure of this
deed of trust will include the manufactured home situated thereon.

Point of Commencement run South 00°16'40" East a distance of 979.90
feet along the east line of said Section 24 to a point; thence run
North 89°43'20" West a distance of 190.61 feet to a half-inch (1/2")
steel bar on the west right-of-way line of Bubba Taylor Road and the
Point of Beginning at Station 19+15.00 of said road a distance of
188.09 feet right of the centerline of said road as measured radially
from said centerline;
From said Point of Beginning thence run
South 01°36'41" East a distance of 47.19 feet along said west
right-of-way line to a half-inch (1/2") diameter steel bar at Station
19+62.19 of said road a distance of 187.64 feet right of said road
centerline as measured radially from said centerline, said point is at
Station 1004+65 of the PROJECT a distance of 210.00 feet left of said
centerline as measured radially; thence run South 88°56'05" West a
distance of 147.36 feet to a half-inch (1/2") diameter steel bar at
Station 19+62.19 of said road a distance of 335.00 right of the
centerline of said road as measured perpendicular to said centerline;
thence run North 01°03'55" West a
distance of 47.19 feet to a half-inch (1/2") diameter steel bar at
Station 19+15.00 of said road a distance of 335.00 feet right of said
centerline as measured perpendicular to said centerline;
thence run North 88°56'05" East a
distance of 146.91 feet to the Point of Beginning;
The above described parcel of land
contains 0.16 acres (6,943 S.F.), more or less, and is situated in the
Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 2
South, Range 5 West, Marshall County, Mississippi. The described parcel
is part of property in the names of William R. James and Lillie Idell
Courson James recorded in Deed Book 90 on Page 52 of the Chancery
Records of Marshall County, Mississippi.
Parcel No. 1 and Parcel No.2 contain an
aggregate of 36.70 acres, more or less.
All of the above excepting and
excluding therefrom all oil and gas and other minerals which may be
produced through a well bore.
You are required to personally appear
before the Honorable Robert Elliott, Judge of the Special Court of
Eminent Domain, Marshall County, Mississippi or his successor, on
January 31, 2012 at 9:00 a.m., at the Marshall County Courthouse in
Holly Springs, Mississippi at a Special Court of Eminent Domain to be
held for said Court at said time and place to then and there answer the
Complaint of the Mississippi Transportation Commission filed in this
action. Failure to file and serve your Statement of Values
and to appear at the time and place mentioned may result in a judgment
against you for the relief demanded.
You are hereby further given notice
that not less than ten (10) days prior to January 31, 2012, the date
for the hearing, you are required to serve by mail or hand delivery to
