said Deed of Trust, substituted RECONTRUST COMPANY, N.A. as Trustee
therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, as evidenced by an

WHEREAS, default having been made

WHEREAS, on July 7, 2006, BONITA
FAY
BYNUM and CURTIS WHEELER and LILLION WHEELER, executed a certain deed
of trust to CARY R. CALIFF, Trustee for the benefit of MORTGAGE
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR EQUIFIRST
CORPORATION, which deed of trust is of record in the office of the
Chancery Clerk of MARSHALL County, State of Mississippi in Book 414,
Page 468; and
WHEREAS, said deed of trust was
transferred and assigned to DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS
TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-EQ1
ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EQ1 and recorded July 15, 2010
in Instrument Number 2010003038; and
WHEREAS, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL
TRUST
COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN
TRUST 2006-EQ1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EQ1 has
heretofore substituted Kent D. McPhail as Trustee by instrument dated
August 11, 2010 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office
in Instrument Number 2010004438; and
WHEREAS, default having been made
in
the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt
secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL
TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF SOUNDVIEW HOME
LOAN TRUST 2006-EQ1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EQ1, the
legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned
Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and
property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the
purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's
fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Kent D.
McPhail,
Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on MARCH 29, 2011 offer
for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between
the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the Front door of the County
Courthouse of MARSHALL County, located at HOLLY SPRINGS, MS, to the
highest and best bidder for cash the following described property
situated in MARSHALL County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
1.0 acre, more or less, in
Section 25,
Township 3 South, Range 4 West, Marshall County, Mississippi; being the
South one care of Farm 25 of Countrywood Farms, a plat of which is
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 69 in the Office of the Chancery Court
Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi. Said one acre is
described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot
25; thence Easterly, along the South line of Lot 25, 509 feet; thence
Northerly, along the East line of Lot 25, 50 feet; thence
Northwesterly, 459 feet, more or less to the county road right-of-way;
thence Southerly, along the road right-of-way, 130 feet to the point of
beginning.

WHEREAS, on May 17, 2004, Michael
T.
Bonnell and Barbara E. Wallace executed a Deed of Trust to D.M. Grisham
as Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,
Inc. as Nominee for National Bank of Commerce, which Deed of Trust was
recorded in Book 355, Page 570 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of
Marshall County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, the afore-mentioned Deed
of
Trust was re-recorded in Book 359, Page 228 in the Office of the
Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for National Bank of Commerce
assigned said Deed of Trust to Aurora Loan Services, LLC pursuant to an
instrument dated December 22, 2010 and recorded as Instrument No.
2011000220 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, Aurora Loan Services,
LLC, the
holder of said Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby, substituted
Scot P. Goldsholl as Trustee in place of the afore-mentioned original
Trustee, as authorized by the terms thereof, as evidenced by an
instrument dated January 7, 2011, and recorded as Instrument No.
2011000232 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, default having been made
in
the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the entire debt
secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable, and the
legal holder of said indebtedness, Aurora Loan Services, LLC, having
requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee to execute the trust and
sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed
of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together
with attorney's fees, Substitute Trustee's fees and expenses of sale.
