suit filed in this Court by National Audubon Society, Inc., Plaintiff,
seeking to quiet and confirm title and heirs to certain real property.
You are required to mail or hand
deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this
action to J. Kizer Jones, Attorney At Law, the attorney for the
Plaintiff, whose address is Post Office Box 117, Holly Springs,
Mississippi, 38635.
Your response must be mailed or
delivered not later than (30) thirty days after the 17th day of
February, 2011, which is the date of first publication of this
summons. If your response is not so mailed or delivered, a
judgment by default will be entered against you for the money or other
relief demanded in the Complaint.
