persons having claims against said estate, now due or to become due, to

NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE OF LAND
Under and by virtue of the authority
vested in me as Trustee in that certain Deed of Trust dated May 2, 2007
executed by Antjuan Lester, unto William F. Schneller as Trustee, to
secure an indebtedness therein described to Bank of Holly Springs, said
Deed of Trust being of record in Land Deed of Trust Book 439 page
233-238; and default having been made in the payment of the
indebtedness thereby secured, and the undersigned having been requested
by the legal holder of said indebtedness to foreclose said Deed of
Trust, notice is hereby given that I, as Trustee aforesaid,
will, within lawful hours, at the North front door of the Marshall
County Courthouse, in the City of Holly Springs, Mississippi, on
Friday, December 30, 2011 offer for sale and sell at public outcry to
the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, situated
in the County of Marshall, State of Mississippi, to wit:
1.15 acres located in Section 33, Township 3 South, Range 3 West,
Marshall County, Mississippi more particularly described as follows:
Being the western portion of that original 6 acre tract belonging to
Joe and Bertha Lester ans this conveyance being the western portion
thereof and commencing at the southwest corner of said Joe and Betha
Lester property running thence East 300 feet to a point; running thence
North 198 feet to a point and running thence West 300 feet to the
northwest corner of said Joe and Betha Lester property ans running
thence South 198 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.5
acres.
The land conveyed herewith is part of
that original 6 acres conveyed to Joe and Bertha Lester recorded in
Book 178 at page188 (the purpose of the corrected deed is to properly
describe the property intended to be conveyed by that Quitclaim Deed
recorded in Land Deed Book 317 at page 161)
Also an easement from Noah Lester to
Antjuan Lester dated the 6th day of June, 2001 and recorded in Book 318
page 241-242.

On May 5, 2009, Nestor
Gutierrez, executed a Purchase Money Deed of Trust, recorded in
Marshall County, Holly Springs, Mississippi land records, as instrument
number 2009003828 conveying hereinafter described land to Lynda M.
Davis, Trustee, securing their note to Jonathan A. Burch and Jason B.
Burch.
Debtor defaulted and legal holder
accelerated the note and requested foreclosure.
As Trustee, in lawful hours, at the
South door of Marshall County, Mississippi Courthouse on January 4,
2012, I will sell to highest cash bidder at public outcry the following
land in Marshall County, Mississippi.
Tract number 118 of Hillfield Farms Subdivision, containing 4.00 acres,
being in Section 3, Township 2, South, Range 4 West, Marshall County,
Mississippi. A plat of said subdivision being of record in

WHEREAS, on the 15th day of February,
2007, Kerry Elliott and Delores Elliott, executed a Deed of Trust to
Barbara Zirilli, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc. , which Deed of Trust is on file and of
record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi, in Deed of Trust Book 433 at Page 620 thereof;
and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was
assigned to Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, by assignment on file and of
record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi, as Instrument No. 2011004340 at Page thereof; and
WHEREAS, the legal holder of the said
Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, substituted Bradley P.
Jones, as Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by
