WHEREAS, default has occurred in the
performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust
dated March 14, 2007, executed by LUCILLE SCOTT, MATTIE SCOTT,
conveying certain real property therein described to FIRST NATIONAL
FINANCIAL TITLE SERVICES, INC., as Trustee, for First National Bank of
America, Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein
described, as same appears of record in the office of the Chancery
Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi filed and recorded April 3, 2007,
in Deed Book 435, Page 444-450;
and WHEREAS, on October 27, 2011 the
beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned
to Rose Acceptance, Inc. by instrument recorded in the office of the
aforesaid Chancery Clerk at Instrument Number 2011004153;
and WHEREAS, on October 27, 2011, the
undersigned, Rubin Lublin Suarez Serrano LLC has been appointed as
Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the
aforesaid Chancery Clerk at Instrument Number 2011004159; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the holder of said Deed
of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, as Substitute
Trustee or his duly appointed agent, by virtue of the power, duty and
authority vested and imposed upon said Substitute Trustee shall, on
December 22, 2011 within the lawful hours of sale between 11:00AM and

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Marshall County Sheriff’s
Department is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose
of soliciting vendors for a comprehensive Law Enforcement data
processing system to serve the current and future needs of the County.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s
Department desires to acquire a browser-based public safety software
system for the purpose of replacing their current Records Management
(RMS), Field Reporting, and Jail Management (JMS) system. Key to this
procurement is obtaining one fully integrated solution from a single

record and proven performance. Marshall County reserves the right to
waive any irregularities and technicalities and to request
resubmissions should it be deemed to be in the County’s best interests.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO LEASE
Pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated,
§31-8-9, the Marshall County Board of Supervisors is notifying the
public of it’s intent to lease space located at 120 South Springs
Street, Holly Springs, MS 38635. Said lease shall run from January,
2012, through December, 2032, with a buy-out provision at the end of
the lease term. The obligation to pay rentals during the primary term
is to be a continuing obligation of and a charge against the general
credit and leasing power of Marshall County, Mississippi. The County
needs to lease a facility adjacent to the Square for County office
space. The County requires a building with 10,000 – 12,000 square feet
with parking for 40-50 vehicles.
Any interested party is to submit a
proposal in a sealed envelope to the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County
on or before December 12, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. All bids will be opened on
December 12, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. by the Marshall County Board of
Supervisors. The lease shall be awarded to the person submitting the
best proposal; however, all proposals may be rejected.
