NOTICE TO DEFENDANT
You have been made a Defendant in the
suit filed in this Court by Kizer Jones, Plaintiff, seeking to quiet
and confirm a tax title to certain real property.
You are required to mail or hand
deliver a written response to the Petition filed against you in this
action to J. Kizer Jones, Attorney At Law, whose address is Post Office
Box 117, Holly Springs, Mississippi, 38635.
Your response must be mailed or
delivered not later than (30) thirty days after the 27th day of

March 30, 2006, executed by David St. John unto Jennifer L. Shackelford
as Trustee, to secure an indebtedness therein described to Eddie

WHEREAS, on November 22, 2000, Jose D.
Smith, an unmarried person, executed a certain deed of trust to First
American Title, Trustee for the benefit of Cendant Mortgage
Corporation, which deed of trust is of record in the office of the
Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, State of Mississippi in Book 273 at
Page 618 and re-recorded in Book 274 at Page 214 and Modified
as Instrument No. 2008001392; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was
subsequently assigned to MidFirst Bank by instrument dated January 10,
2004 and recorded in Book 81 at Page 333 of the aforesaid Chancery
Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, MidFirst Bank has heretofore
substituted J. Gary Massey as Trustee by instrument dated September 30,

WHEREAS, default having been made in
