The Marshall County Planning Commission
will meet for their regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, November 10,
2011, at 2:00 p.m. in the Marshall County Zoning Office at 590 Old
Highway 78-East, Holly Springs, Mississippi. The public is invited to
attend.
The following requests will be on the
agenda:
ITEM 1: Marshall County Water
Association requests to be allowed to purchase 1.5 acres from Linda
McCaig to construct a water tank, treatment plant and well to supply
water to the Barton area. The property in question is located at 3764
Highway 309 North and is zoned R-E. TABLED FROM THE OCTOBER 13 AGENDA
ITEM 2: Mr. Kelly Dalehite requests to
be allowed to place a 2004 fifth wheel travel trailer (28 feet long) as

WHEREAS, MidFirst Bank has heretofore
