young hound mix is a love! He has a calm, gentle personality

and weighs approximately 25 pounds.

Sweet
’n Sour Meatballs
2 lbs. ground beef
3 tbsps. corn starch
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. Worchestershire
6 tsps. mustard
dash hot sauce
3 bell peppers, chopped
1 large can pineapple
chunks, with juice
Make
small meat balls from ground beef and brown. Cook corn starch, vinegar
and sugar until clear. Add remaining ingredients. Add meat balls and
heat. Serve hot.
Texas Hash
1 tbsp. oil
2 large onions, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pint canned tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. chili
powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Saute
onions, bell pepper, ground beef in oil until beef is no longer pink
and onion is limp. Add tomatoes, rice and tomato sauce, with
seasonings. Cover and cook over low heat until rice is done. (Can be
baked in 375 degree oven.) Stir often. Add small amount of water, if
needed.
Spinach Bake
2 pkgs. frozen chopped
spinach (cooked and drained well)
1 stick butter
1 cup herb stuffing mix
8 oz. cream cheese
Mix
cream cheese and 1/2 stick of butter into hot spinach, until melted.
Pour into buttered casserole. Top with herb stuffing mix, pouring the
remaining 1/2 stick melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20
minutes. Serves 8.
