2005 executed by Kenneth Watkins and Exyah Watkins, unto William F.
Schneller to secure an indebtedness therein described to Bank

Trust Book 385 pages 688-693; and default having been made in the
payment of the indebtedness thereby secured, and the undersigned having
been requested by the legal holder of said indebtedness to foreclose

D. Waller, an unmarried person, executed a certain deed of trust to
First American Title, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic

office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, State of Mississippi
in Book 449 at Page 741 and re-recorded in Instrument No. 2010002798;

WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was
subsequently assigned to PHH Mortgage Corporation by instrument dated
March 25, 2009 and recorded in Instrument No. 2009001866 and by
instrument dated August 26, 2010 and recorded in Instrument No.
2010003729 of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and
