Louise Charles Allmond, 83, of Forrest City, Ark., died Aug. 25, 2011,
at her home. She was the widow of Donald Allmond. She was retired from
General Industries after 27 years of service and was a member of the
Oak Hill Church of God. Services were held at 2
p.m. on August 28. Burial was in Forrest Park Cemetery. Stevens Funeral
Home, Forrest City, was in charge of arrangements. She
leaves two sons, Bobby Cleaver of Clinton, Ark., Wade Allmond of
Forrest City; two daughters, Mary Dillard of Holly Springs, Carol
Daniels of Forrest City; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren
and three great-great-grandchildren. She was
preceded in death by two brothers, Lawerance Charles, Herman Charles; a
sister, Myrtle Williams; two grandchildren, Donald Fazio, Sheila
Cleaver; a great-grandchild, Tray Gertz. James H. Boga
James H. Boga, 78, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Holly Springs, died Aug. 18, 2011. Services
were held at 11 a.m. on Aug. 24 at St. Luke MB Church in Memphis, where
he was a member. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis. Rev.
H.O. Kneeland officiated. N.J. Ford and Sons was in charge of
arrangements. He leaves his wife, Alvernia E.

a sister, Yvonne B. Holland (Jesse) of Holly Springs; two brothers,

Springs; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He
was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters, Ben Boga,

R.C. Bownes, 87, of Holly Springs, died Aug. 21, 2011, at his home. He
was the widower of Clara Mae Tucker Bownes. He was a church steward and
trustee. He was a retired laborer with Frisco/Burlington Northern
Railroad. Services were held at 11 a.m. on Aug.
27 at Adolphus Chapel CME Church, where he was a member. Burial was in

Lizzie Mae Gibson, 61, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Benton County, died Aug. 18, 2011, at her home. Services

T. Gooding, 82, of Olive Branch, died Aug. 26, 2011, at Baptist DeSoto
Hospital in Southaven. She was the widow of Emmitt Gooding and a member
of Meadowbrook Baptist Church. Services were held

Southwest Tennessee Community College, 1999 graduate of Fayette Ware
Comprehensive High School in Somerville, Tenn., and a data entry clerk
