The Marshall County Board of
Supervisors will receive sealed proposals for Marshall County Energy
Improvements until 10 A.M. on 3 October 2011, at the Marshall County
Courthouse, PO Box 219 or 111 S. Market Street, Holly Springs,
Mississippi 38635. All proposals will be publicly opened and
read aloud by the County Administrator of Marshall County, Mississippi
at 10 A.M. on 3 October 2011.
The work in this project consists
generally of HVAC upgrades for the Marshall County Courthouse and other
related items.
All documents required for bidding
purposes, including plans and specifications, may be obtained from
Allen & Hoshall, Engineers Architects Planners, 713 South Pear
Orchard Road, Suite 100, Ridgeland, Mississippi 39157 for a deposit of
$100.00 per set, none of which is refundable.
A copy of the plans and specifications
may be examined at: the Office of the Architect/Engineer, 713 South

containing his bid; his current Certificate of Responsibility number
and expiration date, or if applicable, a statement certifying that the
bid enclosed does not exceed $50,000.00 for a public project or
$100,000 for a private project; his name; and the name of the Contract
for which the bid is submitted. Failure to show these items on the
outside of the envelope containing the bid will result in the bid being
returned to the Bidder unopened. Public funds are involved in this
project.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a
period of sixty (60) days after date of actual bid opening, without
Owner's consent.
Marshall County Board of Supervisors
reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any
informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any
bid which is deemed most favorable to Marshall County.
This project is financed by the
Mississippi Development Authority-Energy Division (MDA-ED) under the
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 and is subject to
the rules and regulations of ARRA projects.

At the time of this publication, a search of the public records reveals
no tax liens filed by the United States or the State of
Mississippi. The sale of the property described in
said Deed of Trust shall be subject to any and all instrument of
record, prior liens, encumbrances, deeds of trust, easements,
restrictions, building liens, unpaid taxes, assessments, penalties, and
interest, if any. The title is believed to be good,
but the Trustee will convey and sell only such title as is vested in
her as Trustee.

You have been made a defendant in the
suit filed in this Court on behalf of Purvene Anderson and George
Anderson, seeking a determination of heirs-at-law of Anthony Anderson,
deceased. You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint
filed against you in this action on Friday, the 14th day of October,
2011 at 9:30 a.m., in the courtroom at the Marshall County Courthouse
in the City of Holly Springs, Mississippi, and in case of your failure
to appear and not defend, a judgment will be entered against you for
the money or other things demanded in the complaint.
You are not required to file an answer
