County school board sets Thursday meeting The Marshall County Board of Education will have a called meeting on August 4 at 4 p.m. It will be held in the Marshall County Board of Supervisors’ board room, 103 B Market Street, Holly Springs. The board will discuss litigation of school matters. No electricity cut off during dangerous heat Holly
Springs Mayor Andre’ DeBerry has instructed the electric department not
to turn off meters this summer during dangerous high heat index weather. He said it is to assure that citizens are safe during this hot weather. DeBerry
brought up the matter during the recent city board meeting on July 19.
The board of aldermen was scheduled to meet again Tuesday of this week. |
