Holly Springs officers respond to larcenies, mischief, more The Holly Springs Police Department responded to 94 calls last week. The
calls included – stolen auto, 1; disturbances, 11; alarm calls, 4;
domestics, 2; larcenies, 8; accidents, 5; burglaries, 1; auto
burglaries, 1; fraud, 2; malicious mischief, 1; funerals, 2; shots
fired, 2; and miscellaneous, 54. Holly Springs police officers took the following reports last week. Monday, June 13 • Trespassing in the 200 block of Mitchell Road. • Grand larceny in the 200 block of Chesterman Street. Tuesday, June 14 • Malicious mischief on Butler Street. • Shoplifting in the 900 block of Mackie Drive. • Domestic violence in the 100 block of Salem Avenue. Wednesday, June 15 • Malicious mischief in the 1000 block of West Woodward Avenue. Thursday, June 16 • Stolen credit card in the 900 block of Mackie Drive. • Bad check in the 500 block of Salem Avenue. • Indecent exposure in the 400 block of Craft Street. An arrest was made. • Disturbing the family in the 100 block of South Chesterman Street. Friday, June 17 • Petit larceny in the 800 block of West Street. • Shoplifting in the 900 block of Mackie Drive. A summons was issued and charges field. Saturday, June 18 • Grand larceny in the 100 block of McKinney Street. • Trespassing in the 200 block of West Elder Street. •
Possession of contraband in a correctional facility in the 800 block of
West Street. Two arrests were made. Chief Pearson said Jacquiline
Hermon, 42, of 30 Beltham Road, Waterford, and Miranda Buggs, 32, 113
Taylor Cove, Boldwin, Tenn., were charged with possession of contraband
in a correctional facility. Sunday, June 19 • Auto burglary in the 900 block of Salem Avenue. • Shoplifting in the 900 block of Mackie Drive. • Malicious mischief in the 100 block of Whaley Drive. • Breaking and entering in the 300 block of West Chulahoma Avenue. Officers
also issued the following citations last week – no proof of liability
insurance, 2; speeding, 1; driving while license suspended, 1 arrest;
no/expired driver’s license, 1 arrest; contempt, 1 arrest; domestic
violence/simple assault, 1 arrest; disorderly conduct, 1 arrest; public
drunk/indecent exposure, 1 arrest. Also, Holly Springs residents should remember that June is the month for renewal of dog licenses. |
