Tyson’s featured in film
By SUE WATSON
Tyson Drug Co. will be featured in an educational film that portrays the new technology that owner Bob Lomineck uses in his community pharmacies.
Tyson’s is one of two small pharmacies that were chosen for feature films by McKesson Pharmaceuticals. The films will be shown during McKesson’s national sales conference in May, said Dave Miller, producer of the film.
“We highlight one or two exceptional customers each year,” he said. “Bob has embraced our technology solutions. He is using technology to run his pharmacy better.”
The film is being produced for Health Mart and EnterpriseRx. Health Mart is a McKesson Corporate brand that unifies leading independent pharmacies. EnterpriseRx is McKesson Pharmacy Systems’ software system.
The film is made by all-independent crews. The camera man is Clay Elder, with Clay Elder Productions of Memphis, Tenn. Sales reps from Senatobia and New Albany recommended Tyson’s for the film. Randy Lakey is McKesson’s sales rep from Senatobia. Keith Conlee is the district sales manager from New Albany. The two are connected with McKesson’s Memphis sales office.
