Three charged with fuel theft By SUE WATSON Staff Writer Three
people were arrested and charged with grand larceny in the theft of
diesel fuel and gasoline, according to sheriff Kenny Dickerson. James
Denton Kirk, 41, of 4590 Forest Hill Road, Olive Branch, Wendy Michelle
Kirk, 37, of 50 3rd Street, Byhalia, and Randall Barrett, 55, of 165
McKinsey Lane in Red Banks, were arrested on Mother’s Day in the Red
Banks area, he said. The suspects will be charged with multiple counts
of theft of diesel fuel and gasoline from businesses in industrial
parks and construction sites, Dickerson said. Full Story

markers possible for county

the Marshall County Board of Supervisors on the Blues Trail marker
program.
One
marker is already located downtown
– paid for by Sara Davis and Kenny Brown, who raised the funds for the
marker. There could be as many as four more markers located on the
