The Marshall County Planning Commission
will meet for their regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 14,
2011, at 2:00 p.m. in the Marshall County Zoning Office at 590 Old
Highway 78-East, Holly Springs, Mississippi. The public is invited to
attend.
The following requests will be on the

ITEM 1: Mr. Turner I. Lester at 352
Lester Road is requesting to be allowed to establish a family cemetery
on his property for his family only. If the request is allowed, Mr.
Lester is planning to use at least 1/4 an acre for the cemetery (up to
approximately 15 people will be buried in the cemetery). The property
in question contains 10.8 acres and is zoned Agricultural-Residential.
ITEM 2: Mrs. Francina Austin Bryson at

WHEREAS, VANDERBILT MORTGAGE AND
FINANCE, INC., the holder of said Deed of Trust and the note secured
thereby, substituted EMILY M. YANCEY, as Trustee therein, as authorized
by the terms thereof, by instrument dated January 31, 2011, and
recorded February 17, 2011, in the office of the aforesaid Chancery
Clerk in Instrument #2011000617; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the entire debt
secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said Trust Deed, and the legal holder of
said indebtedness, VANDERBILT MORTGAGE AND FINANCE, INC., having
requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee to execute the trust and
sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed
of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together
with attorney’s fees, substitute trustee’s fees and expenses of sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EMILY M. YANCEY,
Substitute Trustee in said Trust Deed will, on the 21st day of April,
2011, offer for sale at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder,
and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and
4:00 p.m.) at the south steps of the County Courthouse at Holly
Springs, County of Marshall, State of Mississippi, the following
described property situated in the County of Marshall, State of
Mississippi, to-wit:
Farm Number 86 of Victoria Plantation, located in Section 15, Township
3 South, Range 4 West, Marshall County, Mississippi. A plat of said
subdivision is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of said
County in Plat File 878A, 878B, 884A and 900A.

Victoria Plantation, Marshall County, Mississippi.
ALSO:
One (1) 2006 mobile home, Serial No. DSEAL17977AB.
Said property shall be sold as is, where is. I will convey only such
title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee. The full
purchase price must be paid in cash or by certified funds at the time
of sale or the successful bidder may pay $5,000.00 in cash or certified
funds at the time of sale as a non-refundable deposit and the sale may
be adjourned for up to twenty-four hours.
