March 24

• Men’s Gym Night now open 6:30 p.m. till 8 p.m. every second and fourth Thursday night. Honor Bound Men’s Ministry at Friendship Assembly of God, Victoria, encourages everyone to be fit for Christ. Ages 13 and older welcome. For more information speak with Brother Scotty.

March 25

• Banquet The Lillie Rose Foundation will hold their first banquet, 7 p.m., March 26, at the Zeta building. It’s a nonprofit organization developed to help those with financial burdens associated with terminal illness.

• Singing, Evangel Full Gospel Assembly, featuring The Peppers of Byhalia. Other local singers will be participating. Congregational singing for everyone. Everyone is invited, 7 p.m.

• ANNUAL MEN’S DAY will be held at Mt. Sinai COGIC of Mt. Pleasant, 3 p.m. Special guests will be Elder Nathaniel Holleman and the St. Luke COGIC of Ashland. Everyone is invited. Pastor is Elder Curtis Pritchard Sr.

• Quarterly Meeting Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce has changed the date of the meeting from 11:30 to 1 p.m.

April 2

• Singing There will be a gospel singing at Mt. Calvary Pentecostal Church, located a half mile south of Goodman on Cayce Rd, on April 2, at 7 p.m. The featured guests will be The Downs Family. Pastor Billy Watkins invites everyone.

• First Annual Byhalia Alumni Basketball Tournament will be held April 2, 10 a.m. at the Byhalia High School gym. Admission $5, three years and up. Entry fee per team of no more than eight players, $100. Deadline to register March 31. Registration forms can be picked up at the front desk at Byhalia High School. Trophies will be awarded to first and second place winners. Refreshments will be sold. Sponsored by BHS Athletic Booster Club.

• Recovery Meeting SOS Christian Recovery Ministries will host a group meeting Friday evenings at 6 p.m. The group’s primary focus is drug addiction, alcoholism and the affected families.
