• PTA MEETING Holly Springs High School, March 4, 5:30 p.m., in the high school library.

March 6

• Prayer breakfast, Kimbrough Chapel Church, March 6, 8 a.m.

• Singing Chewalla Baptist Church with the Unity Quartet from Scottsboro, Ala. Meal at 5:30 p.m. and singing at 7 p.m. For more info. call 662-837-1347.

• Singing Mt. Calvary Pentecostal on Cayce Road will have a special singing with Tim and Shawna Noe as special guests at 7 p.m. Pastor Billy Watkins and congregation invite everyone.

• Class of ’67 meeting The W.T. Sims Class of 1967 will meet March 6, 3 p.m. at Pizza Hut. Important, please attend. Chairman, James Alford.

• Pizza party The children of the community ages 3 to 13 years are invited to a pizza and game party at the fellowship hall of the Victoria United Methodist Church on Friday, March 6. Time to start is 7 p.m. and it is over at 8:30 p.m. We hope to see a lot of youth at the party.

March 7

• Women’s month begins at Pleasant Hill CME Church on March 7 at 2:30 p.m. with speaker Minister Lula Hamilton of West Memphis, Ark. Host pastor, Rev. Willie Hoey.

• Revival services are being held at First Baptist Church, Byhalia, March 7-10. Sunday services, 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., nightly at 7 p.m. Dr. Jim Futrell will be leading and Andy Roe will be our music leader. We hope you will join us. Call 662-838-2250 for additional information.

• Revival Red Banks Baptist Church is hosting a spring revival March 7-10. Bro. Paul Childress will be leading the services and Bro. James Overton is the director of music. Services will be 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Sunday, and Monday through Wednesday at 7 p.m.

• Regular service Sunday regular service will be at 11 a.m. at Mt. Pisgah CME Church, 3877 Cayce Rd. The church is still observing black history month. Bro. Eddie Joe Wilson, pastor.

• WOMEN’S CONFERENCE, March 11-12, 7 p.m. nightly. March 13, Sat., breakfast. March 14, Sunday school 9:30 a.m., worship at 11 a.m. Salt and Light Ministries.

• SUNDAY SCHOOL night, Kimbrough Chapel Church, March 13, 6 p.m.

• Canine Obedience classes will begin at 9 a.m. at the Holly Springs Fire Department. The six-week class offered by K-9 Search One teaches dogs basic good manners, and how to respond to simple commands. Bring dog, choke chain collar, leash, and rabies/distemper/parvo virus shot records to first class. Call 252-1004 for more information.

• Pastor’s love banquet Rising Star MB Church will have their annual pastor’s love banquet for Rev. Robert McClain at 6 p.m. Guest speaker will be Rev. Ronnie Franklin. The public is invited.

• Pancake Breakfast served by After Shock Youth of Friendship Assemby of God, 7:30-9:30 a.m. Proceeds go to STL - Missions. Three dollars for a stack of pancakes. Be sure to get here early to take time and enjoy the feast.

March 14

• FAMILY AND FRIENDS’ DAY Isaac Chapel Church, south of Byhalia on Hwy. 309, will have Family and Friends’ Day beginning at 11 a.m. with Evangelist Alma Ruth Brunson. Afternoon speaker will be Rev. Joe L. Tunstall and Free Branch Church from Holly Springs at 2:30 p.m. Lunch will be served. Willie Ward is host pastor.
