Under and by virtue of the authority
vested in me as Trustee in that certain Deed of Trust dated
March 29, 2002 executed by Danny White and Tammy White, unto William F.
Schneller as Trustee, to secure an indebtedness therein
described to J. Vance Mackey and Roy G. Ray, said Deed of Trust being
of record in Land Deed of Trust Book 302 page 483-485 of the
land records of the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Marshall County,
Mississippi; and default having been made in the
payment of the indebtedness thereby secured, and the undersigned having
been requested by the legal holder of said indebtedness to foreclose
said Deed of Trust, notice is hereby given that I, as Trustee

Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the
FOUNDATION FOR FAMILIES
EVALUATION
Mississippi Department of Human Services
The Mississippi Department of Human
Services (MDHS) will accept sealed proposals during business hours of
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. until March 18, 2010, at the MDHS State Office
Building Lobby, 750 North State Street, Jackson, MS 39202, or
by mail at P. O. Box 352, Jackson, MS 39205-0352, for the
purpose of soliciting proposals from interested parties who can
evaluate the Family First Resource Center programs
established by the Foundation for Families Unit. The evaluator shall
determine and assess the success of the program by conducting surveys;
creating and administering pre/post-tests; and providing monthly and
quarterly monitoring and evaluation of the statewide program.
The evaluation process will be used to
ensure the program is accomplishing the stated objectives as well as
the success of the entire program. Quantitative and Qualitative
Evaluation of the program's processes and outcomes will be conducted.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) can be
picked up at the MDHS State Office, downloaded from the MDHS website@
mdhs.state.ms.us or obtained by mail upon request to:
