2005, and acknowledged on the 21st day of October, 2005, Gary Williams,
a married man as his sole and separate property joined herein by
Antoinette N Williams aka Antoinette Williams, executed and delivered a
certain Deed of Trust unto MII Valley Title, Inc./J. Wood, Watkins,
Ludllam & Winter, PA, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness
therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the
Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi in Book 395 at Page 110
and rerecorded in Book 396 at Page 347; and
WHEREAS, by various assignments on
record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to U.S. Bank National
Association as Trustee for RASC 2006KS1 by instrument recorded in the
office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument #2009001057;
and
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of August,
2008, the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Emily
Kaye Courteau as Trustee in said Deed of Trust, by instrument recorded
in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument
#2008004765; and rerecorded in Instrument #2010005242; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and
the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so
to do, on the 20TH day of JANUARY, 2011, I will during the lawful hours
of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale
and will sell, at the south door of the Marshall County Courthouse at
Holly Springs, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the
following described land and property situated in Marshall County,
Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot 4, Church Street Station, Phase I, situated in Section 35, Township
2 South, Range 5 West, Marshall County, Mississippi as per plat
recorded in Plat file 880A, Chancery Clerk's Office, Marshall County,
Mississippi.
I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on November 14, 2005, Pamela
Martin, a single woman, and Carlos A. Curry executed a deed of trust to
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, Trustee for the benefit of New Century Mortgage
Corporation, which deed of trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 396
at Page 315 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of
Marshall, State of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed of trust
was assigned to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE
GSAMP TRUST 2006-NC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES
2006-NC1, by instrument dated December 21, 2005, and recorded in Book
92 at Page 521 of the records of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid, U.S. BANK
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE GSAMP TRUST 2006-NC1 MORTGAGE
PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC1, the holder of said deed of
trust and the note secured thereby, substituted James L. DeLoach as
Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument
dated March 4, 2010 and recorded in the office of the aforesaid
Chancery Clerk in Instrument No. 2010001154; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt
secured thereby, having been declared to be due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, and the legal holder
of said indebtedness, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS
TRUSTEE FOR THE GSAMP TRUST 2006-NC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH
