Yeager and Jodi L. Yeager, executed and delivered a certain Deed of
Trust unto Bryan P Griffin, Trustee for Wells Fargo Financial
Mississippi 2, Inc., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein
described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the
Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi in Book 376 at Page 35;
and
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of
February, 2008, the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and
appointed Emily Kaye Courteau as Trustee in said Deed of Trust, by
instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in
Instrument #2008001144; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and
the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so

Deed from Shelia E. Wismiller an unmarried widow to Ronnie L. Yeager, a
single person, dated 12-31-1985, recorded 12-31-1985, in Deed Book 206,
Page 642, in the Clerk of Chancery Court for Marshall County,
Mississippi.

Whitworth and Dana Whitworth, executed a Deed of Trust to First
American Title Company, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage

suit filed in this Court by the Mississippi Transportation Commission.
This is an action in Eminent Domain to
obtain the right of immediate possession of property described in the

provisions of 11-27-81 through 11-27-89 of the Mississippi Code of

will be presented to the Court to appoint a disinterested knowledgeable
person qualified to make an appraisal of the property described in the
Complaint. Upon filing the appraisal by the Court-appointed

thereof to the Defendants, Plaintiff will present an Order to the Court
vesting and confirming immediate title and possession of the property

Public Notice
The Marshall County Planning Commission
will meet for their regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, January 13,
2011, at 2:00 p.m. in the Marshall County Zoning Office at 590 Old
Highway 78-East, Holly Springs, Mississippi. The public is invited to
attend.
The following requests will be on the
agenda:
Item 1: Mr. and Mrs. George Yarbrough
at 86 Coke Road are requesting to be allowed to operate a wrecker
business at their property. If the request is allowed, the vehicles
will be kept at the back of the property (not visible from the road)
for up to 30 days until picked up by the owners or insurance companies.
The property in question is Lot #65 of Watson Farms II, Subdivision and
zoned R-2.
Item 2:Ms. Joan Bringle requests to be
allowed to place a single wide mobile home (1997, 16x80) on her
