described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the

WHEREAS,
on the 27th day of September,
2010, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., assigned said
Deed of Trust unto Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas fka Bankers
Trust Company as Trustee for RASC 2001KS3, by instrument recorded in

right of way line of Miss. Highway No. 310; thence run Southeasterly in
a 2 degree 00 minute curve to the left having a radius of 2,864.789
feet along the South right of way line of said highway right of way for
360.44 feet to an iron pin on the North and/or West side of said Jesse
Shaw gravel road; thence run South 33 degrees 58 minutes 37 seconds
West along the North and/or West side of said gravel road for 48.98
feet to an iron pin; thence run South 62 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds
West along the North and/or West side of said gravel road for
40.50 feet to the point of beginning, containing one and one-hundredths
