Marshall County Planning Commission
will meet for their regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, November 18,
2010, at 2:00 p.m. in the Marshall County Zoning Office at 590 Old
Highway 78-East, Holly Springs, Mississippi. The public is invited to
attend.
The
following requests will be on the

ITEM
1: PMH, LLC, is requesting to be
allowed to mine soil from their property on Wingo Road. The pit will be
buffered from surrounding properties by heavy vegetation. The pit will
be approximately sixteen (16) acres with a depth of 35 feet.
ITEM
2: Mrs. Geneva Anderson is
requesting to have the option to place a single wide mobile home or a
double wide mobile home on the 4.5 acres she owns located on Duram
Road. This request is being made because Mrs. Anderson is trying to
sell the property and it is zoned R-E. The property in question is part
of Lot #4 of Forest Hill Farms Subdivision.

SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE
REGISTERED HOLDER OF NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2004-1
NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-1 has
heretofore substituted Kent D. McPhail as Trustee by instrument dated
August 11, 2010 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office
in Instrument No. 2010003789; and
WHEREAS,
default having been made in
the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt
secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, THE BANK OF NEW YORK
MELLON, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR
THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2004-1
NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-1, the
legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned
