WHEREAS, on July 18, 2006, Kim Wright, a married man joined by
his spouse, Angela Wright, executed a Deed of Trust to First Land
Trustee Corporation, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems Inc., which Deed of Trust is on file
and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi, in Deed of Trust Book 415 at Page 340 thereof;
and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was assigned to Deutsche Bank
National Trust Company, as Trustee on behalf of the HSI Asset
Securitization Corporation Trust 2006-HE2, by assignment on file and of
record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County,
Mississippi, as Instrument No. 2008004146 thereof; and
WHEREAS, the legal holder of the said Deed of Trust and the
note secured thereby, substituted Bradley P. Jones, as Trustee therein,
as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument recorded in the
office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book as Instrument
No. 2010003055, thereof; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the performance of the
conditions and stipulations as set forth by said Deed of Trust, and
having been requested by the legal holder of the indebtedness secured

Public Notice
The Marshall County Planning Commission will meet for their
regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, September 9, 2010, at 2:00 p.m.
in the Marshall County Zoning Office at 50 Old Highway 78-East, Holly
Springs, Mississippi. The public is invited to attend.
The following requests will be on the agenda:
ITEM 1: Mr. Malcolm D. McAuley M.D. requests to be allowed to
establish a family cemetery on his property located at 1031 McAuley
Road. the cemetery will be 80x80 with a wrought iron fence around it
and will not be visible from McAuley Road. The property in question
contains approximately 316 acres and is zoned Agricultural.
ITEM 2: Mrs. Marshaundra K. Harmon lives at 4930 Tate-Marshall
Road and owns Lot #8 of Bet Farms Subdivision, which is also located on
Tate-Marshall Road. She is placing a single wide mobile home on Lot #8
for one of her daughters and she is requesting the Marshall County
Planning Commission to be allowed to place a second mobile home on the
same property (Lot #8) for her other daughter. The property in question
contains six (6) acres and is zoned R-2.
ITEM 3: Mrs. Eleanor Carter at 222 Hurdle Club Road has five
(5) acres with her house and two (2) mobile homes located on the
property. She is requesting the Marshall County Planning Commission to
be allowed to sell 1.6 acres of her five (5) acres to a family for
placement of a double wide mobile home. The 1.6 acres she wants to sell
is located across the ditch from her house. The property in question is
zoned Agricultural-Residential.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
2010 HOME PROGRAM
Application Preparation
The City of Holly Springs, Mississippi, in anticipating the
submission of an application to the Mississippi Development Authority
for the 2010 HOME program allocation, is soliciting proposals for
Application Preparation to assist the City in submitting an application
for the 2010 HOME Homeowner Rehabilitation project in compliance with
all applicable requirements under the HOME Program.
Respondents will be evaluated according to the following
factors:
A. Quality of the Proposal 30%
B. Consultant Qualifications and Experience 40 %
C. Availability and Capacity of the Consultant 30%
The selection of the consultant will be based on an evaluation
of the written responses. The award will be made to the most qualified
offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the City of Holly
Springs, all factors considered.
