Marshall Academy Patriots go to Grenada Thursday night. Byhalia and
H.W. Byers will play in a jamboree Saturday evening hosted by the

year at this time the NFL’s pre-season gets a major building block,
commonly known as the Hall of Fame Game. The show starts early in the
week as former players who have been tabbed to travel to Canton, Ohio,
to pick up the gold jacket (the golden fleece pro football) and have a
flurry of pictures, both still and motion, taken with their bust which
will add luster beyond those already enshrined there. Full Story

Editor An inexperienced and roster-shortened Marshall Academy soccer team started the season with a 13-0 loss to Heritage Academy. Coach Lance McGregor said he has 17 girls on the roster and 10 were in attendance for the first game Friday. Full Story
