suit filed in this Court by the Marshall CountyDepartment of Human
Services by Angie McLeod Williams and, Jaziah Laura Ann Neely, a minor,
seeking to terminate your parental rights as those rights relate to
said a minor and demanding that the full custody, control and authority
to act on behalf of said minor be placed with the Marshall
CountyDepartment of Human Services. Respondent other than you in this
action is Laura Renee Knox.
You are summoned to appear and defend
against the petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 a.m. on
the 21st day of September, 2010 in the courtroom of the marshall County
Courthouse at Holly Springs, Mississippi, and in case of your failure
to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against your for the
relief demanded in the petition.

being a section of A -B in Marshall County, Mississippi, has been fully
and completely performed and final settlement thereunder has been made
on 06-10-2010.
This notice is given under Section
31-5-53, Mississippi Code of 1972, in pursuance of the authority
conferred upon me by order of the Board of Supervisors of Marshall
County, in Minute Book 111, Page ___.
