County circuit clerk Lucy Carpenter provided the following summary of
cases that were disposed of during the May term of court: •
William Henley III, pled to charge in Benton County. Marshall County
charges of burglary and of credit card fraud retired to file. •
Charmine Hester, Ct. I possession of oxymorphone; Ct. II possession of
oxycodone; Ct. III simple assault on a law enforcement officer, plea,
Ct. I - 10 years, one year house arrest, two years post release
supervision, cost, fees, fine $2,500. Retire Cts. II and III. Pled
to one count grand larceny, sentenced to 10 years, with one year served
in house arrest, two years post-release supervision, $2,500 fine. •
Harold G. Hooser II, grand larceny, plea, 15 years, seven years
suspended, three years post-release supervision, cost, fees,
restitution. • Tonya Howell, aggravated assault
reduced to felony malicious mischief, plea, five years reduced to time
served, three years post-release supervision, cost, fees, restitution
runs concurrently with MC 01-096. Must register as sex offender. •
Willie Morris Hunt, one count aggravated assault, and two counts
domestic violence, plea. Retire Cts. I and III. Sentenced on Ct.II to
10 years reduced to time served and sentenced to five years
post-release supervision. Must complete anger management courses. • Corey Jackson, grand larceny, plea, non-adjudication, two years supervised probation, cost, fees, $1,000 restitution. • Emma Kimble, grand larceny, plea, nonadjudication, two years supervised probation, cost, $1,000 restitution. •

house arrest, two years post-release supervision, forfeit 1994 Cadillac
Seville. • Tyrone Loveberry, robbery with a
deadly weapon, pled to charge of strong armed robbery, sentenced to 10
years with five years suspended, and to three years post-release
supervision, costs, fees, restitution. •
Antoine Lyons, simple assault on a law enforcement officer of private
correctional facility, plea, five years reduced to time served, cost,
fees. • Orlando Martin, burglary of a dwelling,
reduced to receiving stolen property, plea, three years
non-ajudication, three years unsupervised probation, cost, fees,
restitution. • Katario Vatray Martin, grand
larceny, plea, sentenced to 10 years. Charged with burglary of a
dwelling and with burglary, plea, sentenced to 25 years with 11 years
suspended. Sentenced on Count II to seven years to run concurrent. All
