disposed of during the May term of court: •
Gregory Adams, possession of marijuana, plea, nonadjudication, two
years supervised probation, forfeiture of 2010 Cadillac Escalade, fine
suspended. • Kedrian Ambrose, possession of
cocaine, plea, sentenced to eight years long term A&D treatment,
then transfer to Hinds or Pascagoula Restitution Center until cost and
fees paid, five years post-release supervision, $2,000 fine. Sentence
runs concurrent with two other counts 08-231, 06-221. Retire count
08-286. Also pled to one count sale of cocaine,
sentenced 10 years and to long-term drug and alcohol treatment, then
transfer to restitution center (Hinds or Pascagoula), cost and fees and
$2,000. Sentence to run concurrent with 08-055 and 06-221, Retire
county 08-286. Five years post release supervision. And pled to possesion of contraband in correctional facility. Retired to files. •
Jason Scott Bane, plea, attempted aggravated assault, five years
suspended sentence, five years supervised probation, costs and fees and
restitution, runs concurrent with 09-375. Also
charged with Ct. 1-11 of credit card fraud and to Ct. 12 obtaining
personal information of another with intent to obtain financial credit,
plea, C. 12. Five years suspended, five years supervised probation to
run concurrent with 09-217. Counts 1-11 retired to file. Pay cost,
fees, restitution. • Eric Bell, sale of
controlled substance. Sentenced to 10 years with two years of sentence
under house arrest. Five years post-release supervision, cost, fees,
restitution. • Carlos Terrell Blackmon, Ct. I
grand larceny, plea, sentenced 10 years reduced to time served and to
five years post release supervision, cost and fees. State agrees to
dismiss its petition on a charge of violation of probation. Ct.
II, grand larceny, plea, sentenced 10 years reduced to time served and
to five years post release supervision, costs, fees, restitution.
Sentences on above charges to run concurrently. • Brandi Boyd, malicious mischief, plea, non-adjudicated three years supervised probation, cost, fees, and $500 restitution. •
Arealie W. Boyd, uttering forgery, plea, three years suspended, three
years post release supervision, costs, fines, restitution. •
Vickie Brady, burglary of a dwelling, plea, sentenced to 10 years,
reduced to time served and three years post-release supervision, costs,
fees, restitution. • Virgil Morris Brandon,
embezzlement, plea accepted November 2009, sentence deferred until
April 12, 2010, sentenced 10 years, five years suspended, and to five
years house arrest, and to five years supervised probation, cost,
fines, $125,000 restitution. • Willie Brounson,
sale of cocaine, plea, 10 years with seven years suspended and three
years post release supervision, cost, fees and $2,500 fine. •
Christopher Wayne Brown, grand larceny, plea, 10 years with seven years
suspended, cost, fees, restitution. DeSoto County agrees not to revoke
probation. • Fred Buffington, grand larceny,
plea, Alford Plea, five years reduced to time served, five years

Lee Arthur Buford, kidnapping, plea, 20 years, eight years suspended
and three years post-release supervision, dismiss pending probation
revocation, state will not prosecute any other pending charges. •

pretenses, nine counts, plea accepted in fall of 2004, was ordered and
made full restitution while sentence was deferred. Sentenced to five
years suspended and three years supervised probation, $2,600 fine and
costs. • Pearline Foreman, false pretenses, nine
counts, plea, five years suspended, three years supervised probation,
cost, fees, restitution. • Lee Andrew Franklin,
six counts burglary, one count grand larceny, plea, 15 years reduced to
time served, returned to Tennessee on parole violation. Pay cost, fees,
restitution at $25/month. • Dewayne Garrison,
sale of controlled substance-cocaine, plea, 15 years with eight years
suspended, three years post-release supervision, cost, fees, $5,000
fine with $3,000 suspended. • Eric Lashun Gibson, aggravated assault, retire to file upon payment of $1,189.50 court cost and $310.50 fine. •

Terry Hearn, sale of controlled substance-cocaine, two counts, reduced
to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute Cts. I and II, plea,
each count 10 years reduced to time served, five years post-release
