• MEMORIAL DAY SERVICE First Baptist Church in Byhalia will have an all-gospel Memorial Day Service with Dr. PJ Scott’s Justified Jug Band. The program will begin at 6 p.m. followed by fellowship and snacks in the fellowship hall. The event is free.

• VBS Vacation Bible School will be held at Wilkins Chapel CME Church, located in Waterford off Hwy. 7 South, June 1-3, Tuesday-Thursday, 6-8 p.m. Children and adults are invited. Pastor is Dr. Robert Odum.
• Picnic The 14th Masonic District is hosting a communitywide picnic, Sat., June 5, 11 a.m. until, at Faulkner Park, Marianna Rd. Free entrance, free food. Family fun and games. Everyone is invited.
• School reunion The annual Potts Camp School Reunion will be held at the school cafeteria starting at 10 a.m. with lunch at noon for a fee. For reservations, call Annie Ruth Stone at 662-333-6350. All current and former students, faculty, employees, and guests are welcome. Bring memorabilia.

• FISH FRY Potts Camp First Baptist Church will have a fish fry, 5-7 p.m. All proceeds benefit the youth. Plate for $10 includes fish, hushpuppies, slaw, fries, drink and dessert.

• Recovery Meeting SOS Christian Recovery Ministries will host a group meeting Friday evenings at 6 p.m. The group’s primary focus is drug addiction, alcoholism and the affected families.
