SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S
NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on March 8, 1999 Gladys C.
Warrell executed a certain Deed of Larry Peacock, Trustee for MHP
Properties, LLC d/b/a Mid South Land Home Center, beneficiary, which
Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of
Marshall County, Mississippi in Book 248 at Page 381; and,
WHEREAS, the subject Deed of Trust was
assigned to Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation in the office of
the Chancery Clerk of said County in Book 58 at Page 521; and,
WHEREAS, Green Tree Servicing, LLC,
formerly known as Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation the
present owner of the indebtedness and holder of the above described
Deed of Trust, appointed Jeff D. Rawlings in the place and stead of
LarryPeacock or any subsequently appointed substituted trustee, said
Substitution of Trustee being recorded in the office of the Chancery
Clerk of said County by Instrument No. 2009005728; and,
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt
secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, Green Tree Servicing,
LLC, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the
undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land
and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust and for
the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with
attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Jeff D. Rawlings,
Substituted Trustee in said Deed of Trust, will on the 5th day of
February, 2010, offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal
hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the

WHEREAS, on September 29, 2004, Olga
Valadez, A Married Woman, and Husband, Jose Luis Trujillo executed a
certain deed of trust to Karen H. Cornell, Esq., Trustee for the
benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. which deed of
trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall
County, State of Mississippi in Book 365 at Page 594; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was
subsequently assigned to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee
for the registered holders of Structured Asset Securities Corporation,
Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through
Certificates, Series 2004-11 by instrument dated January 29, 2009 and
recorded in Instrument # 2009000702 of the aforesaid Chancery
Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, LaSalle Bank National
Association, as Trustee for the registered holders of Structured Asset
Securities Corporation, Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust,
Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-11 has heretofore
substituted J. Gary Massey as Trustee by instrument dated February 5,
2009 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in
Instrument # 2009000729; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt
secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, LaSalle Bank National
Association, as Trustee for the registered holders of Structured Asset
Securities Corporation, Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust,
Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-11, the legal holder of
said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee
to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with
