Writ of Execution was issued by the Circuit Clerk of Marshall County,

Clanton and Kathy W. Clanton, Husband and Wife, executed a Loan
Modification Agreement payable to the order of Union Planters Bank,

Lester F. Sumners, Trustee, was adjudicated to stand as Regions Bank’s
Deed of Trust by virtue of an Amended Opinion entered by the Chancery
Court of Marshall County, Mississippi on August 21, 2009, in cause
number 06-0119(R), styled Regions Bank, Successor-By-Merger to Union
Planters Bank, N.A., Successor-By-Merger to Union Planters Bank of
Northeast Mississippi, N.A. and Successor-By-Acquisition of Sunburst
Bank v. Bobby W. Clanton, et al, said Amended Opinion having been

WHEREAS, Thad J. Mueller was
substituted as trustee in the place and stead of Lester F. Sumners by
Substitution of Trustee executed by Regions Bank on February 26, 2010
