Public Notice
The Marshall County Planning Commission will meet for their
regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, May 13, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. in
the Marshall County Zoning Office at 590 Old Highway 78-East, Holly
Springs,Mississippi. The public is invited to attend.
The following requests will be on the agenda:
ITEM 1: Victoria Church of Christ at 192 Friendship Road is
requesting to be allowed to establish a cemetery at their church for
the church members and the community.If this request is allowed, the
cemetery will be fenced in. The property in question is Lot #6 of
Victoria Baby Farms Subdivision Phase I, contains approximately 1.5
acres and is zoned R-2.
ITEM 2: Mr. and Mrs. Richard E. Brooks, Jr. request to be
allowed to place a single wide mobile home on their property located at
175 Shipp Lane. If this request is allowed, the mobile home will not be
seen from Highway 178. The property in question is Tract I, contains
three (3) acres and is zoned Agricultural-Residential.
ITEM 3: Mr. and Mrs. James R. Mayer at 919 Liles Road request
to be allowed to place a single wide mobile home on their property for
their daughter, Sherry Silvey and her husband (Gary). If allowed, the
mobile home will be placed on the property between Mr. and Mrs. Mayer’s
home and Sherry’s son’s(Michael) home. This request is being made
because their daughter (Sherry) and her husband both are disabled and
they need to be close by so they can help with daily tasks. The
property in question contains approximately 7.75 acres and is zoned
Agricultural-Residential.
ITEM 4: Mr. Donald R. Eaves requests to be allowed to
establish a private air strip for himself and his friends on his
property located on Early Grove Road. The property in question contains
31 acres and is zoned Agricultural-Residential.

BANK, Beneficiary, did appoint and substitute JENNIFER L. SHACKELFORD
as Trustee in lieu of William F. Schneller, by Substitution of Trustee

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions
of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been
declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said

in Land Deed Book No. 184, Page 609, in the Office of the
Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi.
SUBJECT TO: Laws, ordinances and regulations which
govern the use and occupancy of
this land enacted by the United States of America, the State
of Mississippi and its political subdivisions, and particularly
including the subdivision regulations and zoning ordinances adopted by
ordinances of the Board of Supervisors of Marshall County, Mississippi,
none of which render title unmarketable.
SUBJECT TO: Rights of way and easements for public
road and utilities.
At the time of this publication, a search of the public records reveals
no tax liens filed by the United States or the State of
Mississippi. The sale of the property described in
said Deed of Trust shall be subject to any and all instrument of
