MA teams bring home second, third in district

The Marshall Academy Patriots and Lady Patriots placed second and third, respectively, in the District 1-AA Junior High Track Meet last week at Clarksdale.

The MA junior high boys tallied 60 points, trailing first place Indianola Academy with 103. Kirk Academy was third with 38.

The junior high Lady Pats totaled 46 points, finishing behind champion Indianola with 106 and Kirk with 52.
