Jermaine Spight, minors, seeking to terminate your parental rights as
those rights relate to said minors and demanding that the full custody,
control and authority to act on behalf of said minors be placed with
the Marshall County Department of Human services. Respondents other
than you in this action are Tasha Michelle Spight, and Albert Holloway.

against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 o’clock

Plans and specifications may be obtained from the PLAN HOUSE, 607 W.
Main Street, Tupelo, MS 38804, (662) 407-0193 as set out below:
a. Qualified Prime (General)
Contractors, Subcontractors, and Material Suppliers may obtain one set
of plans and specifications upon $250 deposit will be refunded upon
return of documents to PLAN HOUSE (do not return to the Architect) in
good condition within 10 days after bid date. Contractors who do not
submit a bid shall forfeit their deposit.
b. Qualified Prime (General)
Contractors, Subcontractors and Material Suppliers may obtain
additional sets of plans and specifications upon payment of $250 per
set, non-refundable.
c. Partial Sets will not be issued.
d. Copies of plans and specifications
will be placed in plan rooms in major cities within the area, locally,
and elsewhere as bona fide requests are received. Plans and
specifications located within plan rooms are not to be copied. Plans
and specifications are made available from PLAN HOUSE only.
e. Make check payable to the Architect.
Proposals shall be submitted in duplicate only upon the blank proposal
forms provided with the specifications and must be accompanied by
Proposal Security in the form of Certified Check or acceptable Bid Bond
in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the Base Bid: such
security to be forfeited as liquidated damages, not penalty, by any
bidder who fails to carry out the terms of the proposal, execute a
contract and post Performance and Payment Bonds in the form and amount
within the time specified. The Bid Bond, if used, shall be payable to
the Owner.
Bid proposals must be received on or
before the scheduled time for opening of bids and no bid may be
withdrawn after the declared closing time for the receipt of bids for a
period of forty-five (45) days.
All bids submitted in excess of $50,000
by a prime or Subcontractor to do any erection, building, construction,
repair, maintenance, or related work must comply with the Mississippi
Contractors Act of 1985, by securing a Certificate of Responsibility
from the State Board of Contractors.
This project is funded partially or
fully with Federal ARRA funds. Any contractor bidding this job is fully
agreeing to abide by and cooperate with all Federal and State
requirements regarding this funding included but not limited to these
contract documents.

Sealed bids will be received by the
Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Holly Springs, Mississippi,
for four (4) used electric transformers and two (2) electric voltage
regulators, in the office of the Clerk of said City, at City Hall,
located at 160 South Memphis Street, Holly Springs, Mississippi, until
the hour of 5:30 p.m. local time, May 18, 2010, at which time on said
date, all bids shall be publically opened and read aloud in the board
room of said Mayor and Boar of Aldermen.
No bidder may withdraw a bid submitted
for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of opening such
bids. The City of Holly Springs reserves the right to reject
any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
All items are available for review by
appointment only. All perspective bidders requesting an
