WHEREAS, on the 1st day of November,
2007, New Century Mortgage Corporation, assigned said Deed of Trust
unto Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Trustee , on behalf of the
Certificate Holders of Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust
2004-HE1, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates Series 2004-HE1, by
instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in
Book 96 at Page 476 ; and
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of November,
2007, the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Emily
Kaye Courteau as Trustee in said Deed of Trust, by instrument recorded
in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 451 at Page 187;
and
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and
the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so

run thence South 01 degree 13 minutes 34 seconds East along said Hill
Street for a distance of 57.71 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said
parcel contains 0.4544 acre, or 19,795.4301 square feet, more or less.

financial institutions tha tthe School Board of the Marshall County
School District, pursuant to the provisions of sections 37-7-33,
27-105-305, and 27-105-315 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended,
shall receive sealed bids for the privilege of keeping the school
district funds from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2013 and thereafter
until new arrangements shall be made according to law.
Said bids shall be received at the
office of the Superintendent Marshall County, Mississippi until 10:00
a.m., Friday, January 29, 2010 and each shall be submitted on the bid
proposal from which may be obtained from the office of the

40 acres, being the West Half of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 19, Township 3, Range 4, Marshall County, Mississippi, being
Parcel # 206-19-00900, PPIN 13763, less a 30' easement.
You have been made a Defendant in the Complaint filed in this Court by
Gloria Bogan Barnett seeking to confirm and partite title.

NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on May 25, 2001 Jackie B.
Allen and Bobby J. Allen (MARRIED) executed a certain Deed of Jeff
Surratt, Trustee for Conseco Finance Servicing Corp., beneficiary,
which Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of
Marshall County, Mississippi in Book 282 at Page 553; and,
WHEREAS, Green Tree Servicing, LLC,
successor in interest to Conseco Finance Servicing Corp. the present
owner of the indebtedness and holder of the above described Deed of
Trust, appointed Jeff D. Rawlings in the place and stead of Jeff
Surratt or any subsequently appointed substituted trustee, said
Substitution of Trustee being recorded in the office of the Chancery
Clerk of said County by Instrument No. 2009005791; and,
WHEREAS, default having been made in
the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt
secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in
accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, Green Tree Servicing,
LLC, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the
undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land
and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust and for
the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with
attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale.

Van Dorn Avenue, Holly Springs, Mississippi to the highest and best
bidder for cash the following described property situated in Marshall
County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
Farm No. 25 of Foxfire Farms, in the Northeast Quarter of Section 8,
Township 3 South, Range 3 West, according to the plat and survey
thereof prepared by Elliott and Britt Engineering, P.A., under date of
September 3, 1985, containing 2.31 acres, but subject to utility and
drainage easements, all as shown upon said plat and survey recorded in
Plat File 736A&B and 737A&B in the records of the
office of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi, and
recorded in Land Deed Book 307, Pages 385-386.
