WHEREAS, on January 23, 2006, Christina
Polk, and husband Randy Polk, executed a Deed of Trust to Professional
Services, Trustee for the use and benefit of New Century Mortgage
Corporation, which Deed of Trust is on file and of record in the office
of the Chancery Clerk of Marshall County, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust
Record Book 401 at Page 491, thereof; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was
ultimately assigned to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,
by assignment on file and of record in the office of the aforesaid
Chancery Clerk as Instrument No. 2008006826 thereof; and
WHEREAS, the legal holder of the said
Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, substituted Lem Adams, III,

Mississippi “JUST
WAIT” Community Based Abstinence Education
(CBAE) Program Evaluation
The Mississippi Department of Human
Services (MDHS) will accept sealed proposals during business hours of
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. until March 5, 2009, at the MDHS State Office
Building Lobby, 750 North State Street, Jackson,MS 39202, or by mail at
P.O. Box 352, Jackson, MS39205-0352. The purpose of this
Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from interested
parties to evaluate the Community Based Abstinence Education (CBAE)
Program established by MDHS. The evaluator shall determine
and assess the success of the proposed activities by conducting
surveys; creating and administering pre-test and post-tests; and
providing monthly monitoring and evaluation of the statewide
program. Proposals will be accepted from public and private
research -based organizations with the capacity, competence, and
experience to accomplish identified project goals and
objectives. The proposer must be licensed to work and have an
office in Mississippi. This Request for Proposals (RFP) can
be picked up at the MDHS State Office, downloaded from the MDHS website
at www.mdhs.state.ms.us or obtained by mail upon request to:

Fire Department, Inc., will hold a public meeting on February2, 2009,
at 7:00 p.m. at the Cayce Fire Department located at 30 Lee Creek Road.
This public meeting is to inform the general public of the intent to
file an application for Federal Assistance through USDA, Rural
Development to purchase (1) new Fire Truck – Pumper to give
the citizenry an opportunity to become acquainted with the proposed
project and to offer comments on such items as economic and
environmental impact.
This meeting is directly related to the
