of Mattie L. Taylor, deceased, by the Chancery Court of Marshall
County, Mississippi, on the 13th day of November, 2009, and notice is
hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to
present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and
registration within ninety (90) days from the date this Notice is first
published or they will be forever barred.

WHEREAS, on September 28, 2007, Nicole C. Semper, a single woman,
executed a deed of trust to Matthew McDonald, trustee for the benefit
of “MERS” Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., which deed of
trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 448 at Page 585 in the office
of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Marshall, State of Mississippi;
and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed of trust was assigned to AmTrust
Bank by instrument dated July 30, 2009, and recorded in the office of
the aforesaid Chancery Clerk as instrument # 2009003724; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid, AmTrust Bank, the holder of said deed of trust
and the note secured thereby, substituted John C. Underwood, Jr., as
Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument
dated July 30, 2009 and recorded in the office of the aforesaid
Chancery Clerk as instrument #2009003774; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said
deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby, having been declared
to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of
trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, AmTrust Bank, having
requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and
sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed

of trust to Professional Services of Potts Camp, trustee for the
benefit of First Franklin a Division of Nat. City Bank of IN, which

office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Marshall, State of
Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed of trust was assigned to First Franklin
