Herbert H. Hawks Revocable Living Trust, dated September 29, 1997, and
Robert L. Woods, Trustee of and for the Robert Luell Woods Revocable
Living Trust, dated July 17, 1992, which Deed of Trust is filed for

WHEREAS, default having been made in
the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt

Deposits will be refunded to bona fide bidders on return of the bid
